Prayag Film City is the India’s Second Largest Film City after After Ramoji Film City (Hyderabad) , it was built for both Cinema and Tourism in 2012. Prayag Film City contain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, museums, 3D theaters, gardens, artificial lakes, and tree-lined pathways ,several shooting floors. It is situated very near to Kolkata Chandrakona Road, West Bengal ,4–5 hours away from Kolkata , it is perfect for one-day or weekend trip .Entry fee 350/- per-person(may vary).

Film Shooting Sets Real movie sets , a lot of real movie set used for Bengali and Indian films , from royal palaces , village houses to urban streets, police stations, temples, market,raiway station , train , airport ,fountain,garder,marriage set and many more.Some sets are permanent, some are rebuilt for projects basis.Watching live shooting is a normal here .
2.Theme-Based Zones The Film City is divided into several theme areas For Examples Historical Zone – ancient temples, forts, and palaces. Modern City Zone – metro-style streets, cafes, and marketplaces. Village Zone – huts, ponds, and rural Bengal settings. Mythological Zone – Ramayana and Mahabharata themes.
